Issa Asad recently announced a partnership with Morgan Beaumont Inc. and IPrepay. Morgan Beaumont, Inc. is a leading provider of signature-based Visa and Mastercard hologram cards and other Debit Card Solutions. IPrepay is a subsidiary of Radiant Holdings and is a leading producer of prepaid phone cards and services. This partnership will allow IPrepay to issue Stored Value and Debit Cards to IPrepay prepaid phone card customers. This is a large step forward for the phone card industry and will greatly alter the way phone card technology is used.

This deal will greatly increase the presence of both companies in the telecom industry. Issa Asad, President of IPrepay said "Adding a Master Card Debit product will close the gap with our current customer audience (un-banked and sub-prime market) and arm IPrepay with a powerful product that will ensure a competitive edge in our market place. Adding value to our customers through our distribution is our goal. Morgan Beaumont's products will be offered through points of presence that IPrepay currently has in place with its retail merchants. We plan to rollout / launch during the year-end holiday season." As part of the agreement, IPrepay will issue as many as 1 million stored value Master Cards using Morgan Beaumont's technology.
